In 2000, our Board of Directors founded DKM as a result of being continually disappointed with the standards of service within the recruitment industry. Rather than continuing to receive and offer sub-standard services and unreliable workers, an executive decision was made to form a new style of recruitment business that would meet the high expectations of both candidates and clients. DKM was born.
After a short while, it became increasingly obvious that the majority of recruiters were "fishing in the same pond", sourcing the same lacklustre workers available within the UK market. DKM decided not to repeat these failing attempts, and instead turned its attention to Europe where high unemployment levels and lower earnings remained rife.
